The Sydney Oyster Tours was one of our last and best days we had while visiting Australia. Bob, who was our tour guide, was the best! He was extremely knowledgeable and a lot of fun on the boat.

What a fantastic day we had! From the moment we got on the boat I knew it would be a brilliant day. Tom was so informative, and when we reached the tables in the water the fun really began. The oysters and king prawns were the best we’ve tasted!
I couldn’t rate this tour more highly — it exceeded expectations. Learning the history of oysters and the farming methods was so enlightening, and the immersive experience was just sensational. We usually take our overseas visitors to the Hunter Valley; now this is our go-to!
So good, we did it twice! We stopped at the oyster leases to learn about the lifecycle and farming, then sat at a beautiful setup of white linen tables in the water with the best oysters and prawns and a glass of bubbles. Thank you Sheridan and the team!
Absolutely brilliant trip — well organised and very tasty. A free glass of champagne while eating oysters and king prawns standing knee-deep in waders, and they tell you all about the history of oyster farming. Smiling faces all round. I’d definitely go again!
