10. Cancellation Policy

Tour times are subject to change due to tidal conditions. Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund or credit. Any booking platform fees and credit card or PayPal processing fees are non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour time, or failure to attend a booked tour, will result in the full tour price being charged and no refund will be issued.

Sydney Oyster Farm Tours reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or amend tours where necessary for operational or safety reasons. In the event that Sydney Oyster Farm Tours cancels a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen operational circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or credit.

11. Waiver

As a condition of booking and participation, all guests are required to complete and sign a waiver and release of liability prior to commencing the tour.
