Enjoy one of NSW’s most unique seafood experiences on the Hawkesbury River. After a scenic boat ride to a working oyster farm, learn about sustainable oyster cultivation and don waterproof waders to shuck and taste freshly harvested oysters at your own in-water table, accompanied by prawns and refreshing beverages.

Important information

• Tours are subject to minimum numbers
• If the river is closed for harvest, oysters will be sourced from another estuary
• Guests must be independently mobile to board and disembark the boat and tour sites
• You may get wet - sea spray from the open boat ride is possible so we suggest bringing a light waterproof jacket. Waterproof waders will be provided for the in water element.
